Krista is the Assistant Director for Fitness Programs at Virginia Tech. Based out of Blacksburg, VA, Krista oversees all the fitness programs for the university. These include personal fitness, group
training, and strength and conditioning. When not developing and managing school-wide programs, Krista can be found in the classroom teaching an exercise leadership course as well as a weight training
