Andrew is the Real Estate Manager for the Virginia Tech Foundation Inc. Based out of Blacksburg, VA, Andrew and his office are responsible for the financial, maintenance, and construction management
for all of Virginia Tech's off-campus buildings. Operating through the Virginia Tech Foundation, some of Andrew's responsibilities are to make site visits all throughout the state, check on
maintenance requests, oversee construction planning for build-outs, and keep track of all lease payments.
