Toby is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of FoxGardin Kitchen and Ale, a restaurant group that operates three restaurants and a food truck in the Greater Indianapolis area. Upon opening their first restaurant, Toby tended bar and managed the front
of house operations. Today, Toby and his partner travel between their ventures, work with area vendors, and analyze market activity to determine if opening a new restaurant is in the near future.
