Debra is the Technology Support Supervisor at UNC Charlotte. Her day-to-day role is to oversee the technical support department of the registrar’s office, troubleshooting transcript and registration issues for both faculty and students. Debra also has big projects in the pipeline, such as the current streamline of online registration processes.
