You have to do it.
Again, I go back to the idea of muscle memory.
It doesn't happen by accident.
It doesn't often happen naturally,
unless you're,
like an expert in public speaking or otherwise.
I think that it's something
you have to practice.
You need to make it tighter
and tighter every year.
I'm still working on my elevator pitch.
But you never know who you're going to meet.
You want to be able to captivate
folks in all walks of life
and leave a memorable impression on them.
And remember they may not even be in your
industry but maybe a family member is
or maybe one of their friends from college is.
You never know where you
next job, connection, mentor,
new staff member is going
to come from, or referral.
So, yeah, it's really important to know your
value proposition and be able to effectively,
you know, dictate that to someone else.
