>> Probably the fact that it's
literally different every single day.
The clients we work with are high end, they
have budgets, they want to get inventive
and really do off the wall things
to drive traffic for their brand
or kind of you know build buzz so to speak.
So it's fun to constantly thinking of new
ideas, you know it's like part creative agency,
part marketing house, you know part
production company all wrapped up into one.
With people that are truly
producers that are on the team.
And that feels cool because you're almost like
creating like a mini movie, a mini experience
and unlike film where you stop
and edit and you know redo,
with an event you only have one shot at it.
Leading a team, getting the most
out of your staff, partners,
vendors and doing it again and again.
Setting a level of expectation
and empowering others.
I think that took myself and my
business partner Brian a while to master.
Because by nature we're very open, engaging
people that are fun and friendly and the idea
of having to hold people accountable.
To a higher standard I think it's like muscle
memory, it takes time you got to practice that.
I think that's probably the biggest
mistake entrepreneurs make is that
and probably hurts the ability to scale
their business because you're only
as good as your most recent hire, right.
And so that's something that has been a
challenge and we really now in our fifth year,
really got to master of and it's
helped our business grow considerably.
