>> My name is Delilah Banks-Washington,
and I'm an ESOL teacher
with the School District of Philadelphia.
Obviously, one of the biggest challenges
and constraints are the resources,
or the lack of resources,
that we have in the classroom.
And even speaking from -- you know,
I've been with the School District
of Philadelphia for seven years.
And in my first two years, we were
able to get resources that we needed.
So if I needed books for my
students, I was able to order them,
or a listening center or things like that.
And, you know, when there
was a change in government,
I saw, you know, classroom resources,
you know, completely taken away.
So that really is -- one of the hardest is that
we're asked to do more, and we aren't receiving,
you know, the resources that we need.
