>> Get internships.
Ask questions.
Volunteer at locations that
you could learn something.
It's always about gaining those
experiences and I think a great story is,
when I was doing my Master's Internship,
I had a boss and it was at Hershey Park
and I was training in development.
I was doing my Master's Internship and
I had a great experience and everything.
You know, it went well and he was a
nice boss and we left on good terms.
Years later, I'm on a conference call in my
current company and I hear somebody's voice,
and I say, you know, I, you know put the
phone on so he could hear me and I was like,
you're voice sounds extremely familiar.
Do we know each other?
And he says, "Yeah, I was your
boss when you were my intern."
And so, the point with that is,
you're always making connections.
You're always going to make sure that
you're providing yourself in the best light
and looking the brand that you want to
be, because you never know who's going
to boomerang back and be in your career
in the future, or who can help you.
So, my advice is gain lots of experience.
Be professional.
Be polished, and be curious.
