>> So what I like best about my
job currently, I'm in a small team,
it's almost like a company inside of a
company; so we're functioning as a start-up.
So that's really cool, because I've taken on a
lot more responsibility than just a designer.
Like I said, I was kind of led the UX
decisions for this inspire website.
And also, I kind of get the chance
to do something new every day.
So that's part of what I like, and it's
also a challenge, because we're a small team
and we have to be agile and we
have to be very quick on our feet.
The biggest challenge is selling.
For me, as a designer, in my current role,
I'm sort of tied into marketing,
so what I do has to work.
And for it to work, it has to sell.
So basically, I have to convert
a person who visits the site
into a paid customer, which
I don't really love to do.
I mean, I understand that's my job,
in a way, but I'm not a salesperson.
You know, I'll be honest about something
to you, and I'll sell you the benefits,
but I hate to like explicitly, you know,
go out and try to acquire customers.
