>> My name is Stacey Derkatch.
I work at Innovation Protocol as an Associate.
What that basically means is that
I help companies of all sizes
where their brand and business
strategy intersect.
So I'm helping them figure out how to
communicate who they are, why they matter,
in a very strategic way that
helps them accomplish goals
that are 3 years out, 5 years out, 10 years out.
We have a strategy side of
the house and a design side.
So I'm working on the strategy side
helping them communicate words,
articulating their product portfolios,
bringing new products to market,
sometimes that might include naming a new
product or basically organizing the portfolio
in a way that consumers can understand.
That could be B to C or B to
B, depending on the business.
Meeting with my clients in the morning, usually
on the phone, sometimes we go to the office,
depending on if they're local or not.
And finding out what they need
for the day, for the week.
Sometimes there's already deliverables
that I know I have to be working on,
so that might include building a presentation,
typically in PowerPoint, building presentation
and making sure that the client's ready
to present it, or if I'm presenting it
on her behalf, making sure
that I'm ready to present it.
It could mean that I'm building out actual
copy that's going to go on a website
to communicate the new project
that I'm working on.
Right now, one of the projects that I'm working
on is actually a brand management project,
so it means that the brand is
already intact, it's thriving,
it's doing really well, but they want to expand.
They want to bring a new offering to the market,
and they need help communicating how to do that,
what it means for the larger
portfolio as a whole,
and make sure the consumers still understand
the connection of this new product back
to the master brand, as we like to call it.
