>> One, I really enjoy the
development of my staff.
I enjoy seeing them grow in their career.
I also enjoy seeing them grow as a person.
So, that's one.
Watching the growth of my associates.
The second thing is-- and to me, it's the
most important-- it's actually, you know,
watching the faces of customers when I show
them a way that they can get out of debt.
It's providing a roadmap to how
they can actually buy that house.
It's actually sitting down with those
customers that I've developed relationships with
and showing them a way that they
can reach their financial goals.
To me, that's the most gratifying part about it.
I wouldn't say that there is a challenge.
What I'll say is that, you know,
every customer situation is unique
and there's not one end-all be-all
solution for every customer.
What it boils down to is
having that conversation
and tailoring the solution
specifically for that customer and I find
that challenge to be quite gratifying.
