>> What I love most is it's
something different every day.
I don't walk into a cubical and
write reports and process things.
I'm interacting with team
members, interacting with guests,
different levels of management
throughout headquarters.
So, I get to work with a lot of different
people and I never know what I'm going
to walk into, so that's exciting.
The hardest part, let's see, going from
college straight to a real person job.
I never did an internship or anything and this
is a job where I got a lot of training hands on,
and you jump right in, so I've
had a lot of growth opportunities,
and it's a really fast paced career.
So going from a college kid, who
really has no responsibilities,
to a career where I'm taking
care of 135 team members a day,
that'd probably be the hardest part, but it's
very rewarding to get to work with everybody.
