I'll meet with the product teams
on new key product launches,
I meet with our business analyst to ensure
that their communicating to the sales guys
if we ever have any kind of
product delays with it be
from a factory that's having quality
issues or if we didn't have our engineering
of the product designed in time, if
we need to push out a launch date.
It's very, very team oriented, interactive,
I mean I can't stress enough how much
cross functional work we do because as
Under Armor grows we always need to realize if
we do X, it's going to impact, you know groups Y
and Z so we need to make sure that
they get everybody in a room and ensure
that the business decision is
correct for not just the group
that wants to make it, but for all groups.
