>> My name is Jen Forcer [phonetic spelling],
and I'm a supply planning manager
for footwear at Under Armour.
Yeah. I work eight to five.
I work with the factories overseas,
so my team, since we're in footwear,
we work specifically with the footwear category.
And we work -- we pretty much are -- we're --
I want to say buying shoes from the factory,
but it's a lot more work than that.
We work with a system called Logility, and
it calculates a buy based on inventory, whip,
demand; and it tells us what
we want to buy each month.
And from there we send this buy to the factory.
On a daily basis, we're constantly
working with the factories to track whip.
And then once the product ships from the
factories, we are tracking it from when it gets
to the factory -- sorry -- from the factory
to the distribution house here in the US.
I'm based at the headquarters,
but I've been to Asia once.
We went to China and Indonesia two years ago,
and I'm most likely going back in November.
We just opened a factory for footwear in
Vietnam, so we're going to travel there as well.
