>> My name is Ashley Flores [assumed spelling],
and I graduated Penn State
as a supply chain major.
I'm currently a logistic planning
analyst for Unilever in New Jersey.
My job consists of every day I am looking
behind the scenes a little bit more
with the forecasting and with bridging
gaps between the logistics team,
which consists of the transportation team.
And bridging the gaps between the planning
teams, so try to forecast trucks and everything
that we need to actually get the finished
goods out of our distribution centers.
So we really focus a lot on our
KPIs, which are key metrics.
So we work behind the scenes to make sure
that we're really implementing process
that will save our company many at the end.
So our every day, of course, lots of emails.
But after that, a lot of interaction with the
careers as well as our different functions
that we have at Penn-- at Unilever, sorry.
So we work with a lot of the
different business functions.
So across the business we work with the
logistics teams, as well as our planning team,
and make sure that we have
everything aligned to make sure
that we are all going towards one goal.
So our hours, Unilever is very flexible.
So usually I start around
8:30 and I end around 4:30,
but you have the preference of
coming in a little bit later.
You could do a 9:00 to 5:00.
Or as-- as long as your work is done
and your-- and your day is completed.
But we are...
We are spoiled, we do work from home.
So we are allowed to work
from home two days a week.
So either if you'd like to
choose your Monday or Fridays,
which can be very convenient for the weekend.
But right now I'm currently working from
home just then one day which is Fridays.
