>> I would say try to major in a
psychology program or a business program,
something to try to get them into the field.
They do have to acquire a Master in--
most of the time in higher education,
so that's something that I
would be working on as well.
I would say try to prepare yourself by getting
involved on campus, getting a job on campus.
Try to get to know a lot of peers
that could definitely help write recommendation
letters for you as in faculty staff.
Definitely, they're going to help
you throughout the way as well.
So I would say get involved.
Get jobs. See what else you can do on campus.
What I did is I always go beyond--
above and beyond in everything I do.
So I definitely try to be a lot more organized
and kind of make the job much more easier
for my boss or whoever I'm
doing my internship for.
So if they see, oh, this person has so
many different ideas for this company
or this would definitely be more effective for
all of us not just for my internship but kind
of making it stand out in a way where this
will definitely work for the whole company.
And you're a representative of the company,
so you always have to try to make sure
that whatever you do, if you're doing an
internship for a CEO or an internship in--
let's just say a food company, definitely try
to stand out in any possible way that you can.
