>> So I have actually done
one virtual interview,
so I do have a little bit
of experience with this.
And I think, you know, frankly
it went off pretty well.
The, you know, the advice I should give
is make sure you have a good connection.
Take time beforehand, you know, whether
it's half hour, hour beforehand just in case
to make sure that you've got the, the
lighting correct and the background correct.
You don't want to, you know, show a messy
room in the background or, you know,
dirty clothes in the background if
you're doing it in your dorm or at home.
So, you know, really take time
to make sure that, you know,
you're respecting that it's supposed
to be a professional environment just
as if you would going into somebody's office.
So I really think it was a
pretty similar experience.
I was able to ask the same types of
questions that I do in a normal interview.
We were able to have the same sort of casual
interactions and, you know, some jokes
and casual conversation exchange
because we were able to see other
and read each other much better than
if you were doing a phone interview.
