>> It was a foundation.
It was a very first opening for
me into the world of design.
It was very influential, and I think all
those you know months and weeks spent walking
around the Ambler Campus with professors
and doing design studios got me excited
about design, you know and
that's where it began for me.
And for a lot of people, it's
that initial first couple of years
of your college education I
think is you know it's important.
It gets you into the mindset of where you think
you can go, and that's what it did for me.
It wasn't exactly the career path that I took,
but it started me on that path of being somebody
who was looking at holistic design in holistic
cities; it started here with an understanding
of horticulture, of ecology, of
simple basic design principles.
