>> To get ahead you got to
take about 15 steps back.
You got to get back to some
of the core fundamentals
of just how to operate in this environment.
There is no key ingredient, there is no
special sauce, there is nothing there
that makes somebody better
than the other person.
There's smart people and there's super
talented people and there's people
that are more charismatic,
or intuitive or whatever.
But there's no real key ingredient
to make an entrepreneur successful.
I think it's a mixture of allot of different
things and variables that come together
and some people are able to
capitalize on those opportunities
and those situations and some people aren't.
You know I don't think it's a
question of value necessarily.
So I think there needs to be a very
practical humble beginning to this process
in understanding exactly what we're trying to do
or exactly what you are trying
to do as an entrepreneur.
Are you trying to make a gajillion bucks?
Well there's plenty of ways to
make a gajillion bucks in American,
and gajillion's a number by the way.
But not very many people are
able to understand [inaudible],
what it takes to get from
here to the stratosphere.
Right? And we need people that are really,
really passionate about understanding
what it takes right here.
