>> Really challenge what people think
about nurses, because it is more
than just washing parents and feeding
patients and doing things like that.
You are licensed professional, and,
you know, be the best you can be
and just, you know, read, read, read.
If you see something weird at work that day,
go home and read the pathophysiology about it.
Make yourself that better person.
When you're giving a med to a parent,
don't just blindly give it to them.
Ask why. Why am I giving think med?
Why are we doing this procedure?
Like, try to connect the big
picture, and you'll be a much,
much better clinical practitioner because of it.
