>> Hello my name's Andrew Juba [phonetic].
I went to the University of Pittsburgh and I'm
an account executive at POS Logistics right now.
Basically what we do is third party
freight management for companies all
over the United States and the world.
Well, that's the fun part about it.
Every day is different.
But a typical day does involve just reaching
out to multiple companies that I already do work
with and seeing what they have for us to move
and then coordinating shipments, mainly trucks,
flatbeds, and vans to get those
shipments moved for them to the companies
that are buying from them, of course.
Actually I just had one that
was just completed today.
It's a company they'll reach out to me, give me
a certain amount, a certain weight to pick up
and we had to figure out
how many trucks that needs.
And obviously schedule those trucks to go out.
And then the project I was just doing,
they -- I think it was like 160 tons.
So we had to make sure we got in about 7 or
8 trucks to go and pick up all the material
and make sure that we can get there in
time for them to complete their project.
[Inaudible] a lot of the industrial
materials, a lot of steel, stone, like lumber,
stuff that a lot of building companies use.
That's what [inaudible].
I've had shipments that have gone
coast to coast in America and shipments
that have gone like maybe 1 or 2 miles.
So everything -- it changes
every day like I said.
It's pretty straight forward, 7:45 to 5:15
every day but sometimes you do have to come
in a little bit earlier, a little
bit later pending some types
of shipments that are going out.
And some stuff has to get picked up as early
as 5 in the morning and then you might run
into a couple of problems here
and there at the end of the day.
And you might have to stay a little later.
But typically, 7:45 to 5:15,
pretty straight forward.
