good question cause I 2-3 years ago,
I went to the school out towards the

and I say you guys need implement sales and
revenue class, at least start the class,
if not eventually attract because
it's a totally different world,
it's a totally different way of thinking.
I always tell people sales answers the question
of why, when you're at the front desk and you're
in the operations everything's just like,
this is what the contract says we have
to do, but I'll be why do we promise?
Why do we do that?
They don't necessarily see the amount
of revenue that, cause once it gets
to that it's already spent and dispersed, but
it really answered a lot of my questions why,
cause I started out in operations and
always was able to answer questions
from an operations standpoint and then
when I got to sales, I was like wow,
like why are we giving these,
why are we giving them so much?
It's because they're giving us so
much in revenue and we want them
to keep coming back over
and over and over again.
