>> I've got a bit of a varied background.
I got my undergraduate degree in
newspaper writing and newspaper editing
at Temple University and then went on
to be a newspaper reporter and then went
on to be a radio reporter then started
working as a TV reporter, locally.
Then in this D.C. area, I worked as a freelance
national correspondent for Fox News and CNN.
And so I had a great time as a reporter
but reached a place where it was time
to move on and do something else.
So, while I was working as a reporter, I
got a Master's in Counseling Psychology
at Argosy University and then
started working in the field.
And then while I was in the
field, I went to Johns Hopkins
and got certified as a Trauma Clinician.
And then I picked up further education in
reference to alcohol and drug addiction
and then got a certification,
a state certification
in the treatment of alcohol and other drugs.
