>> When you think you heard it all, no, there's
someone else who comes in who you're like,
you've got to be kidding me [laughter].
And I'll ask anything, I don't
care what you came in for,
what your mechanism is, who did what to you.
I'll ask the questions.
I have no shame in that,
I'll ask them appropriately.
But usually they're willing to disclose and,
probably what I love the
most is the people you meet,
and my coworkers are phenomenal,
so that helps, really helps.
But as a nurse, our challenge now is the
changes in healthcare and in our reform.
So we are facing challenges with staffing,
retention, patient acuity and ratios.
Healthcare is changing, it always
kind of functions as a rollercoaster.
So there's struggles now
that most likely won't last,
but we are feeling it as a bedside staff nurse.
So we work together, we strategize, we
create ways to modify our resources,
maybe function differently,
you know and prioritize.
We are hitting a challenge in the health
community, but that will always be.
