>> I mean, I'll even, I'll take it
back to the military for a second.
I think that was an invaluable
experience for me for a couple reasons.
One is the leadership aspect
that I've touched on.
And that I think that it's hard if you
go directly into a company out of school
to actually walk in, day
one, and be managing someone.
It wouldn't happen, in most cases.
And so, when I went into the
military, directly, that was the path.
So I showed up on day one, and I had people
already there that I was going to manage.
So, it made me grow up very quickly.
It made me figure out what my leadership
philosophy was, and it made me just figure
out how to connect with people,
from different walks of life.
So, you know, there were folks that I
was working with that were 18 years old,
there were some that had been in the military
20 years, you know, all different walks of life,
and so it made me just learn how to connect with
some of those people, which I think I've taken
with me throughout the rest of my career.
