For me, at ADP, as a sales manager,
everything that I do is in the field,
on site at the client's site, you know, meeting
with them, consulting with them, and, you know,
trying to leverage our solutions that
we offer to provide them with the tools
and the resources they need so
that their business can grow.
The great thing about being in sales is that
the amount of time that I put in, the effort
and the hard work that I put it, usually,
you know, leads to what I would make
in my salary at the end of the year.
Because the majority of what a
salesperson makes is the commission.
