>> I would recommend an MIS degree.
I would say if you wanted to go into my field.
Unless you know what you like to do.
So, for instance, as I said for myself,
I knew that I liked technical work.
So, I like, you know, writing code and
doing things like that so I thought going
into IT would be a good choice for me.
So, I wouldn't say to limit yourself.
If you have an idea that you want to do
marketing or you want to do accounting
but you want to go into an IT driven
career, don't let that stop you.
You can still have a major
and go in another direction.
But if, you know, you are definitely
interested in MIS and you know that's the career
that you want, I would say MIS is definitely
a good degree for you to study and get.
And that will definitely make it easier to
get into your career 'cause there are folks
that would ask me, Well, why
are you going trying to go
into an MIS-related field
when you're a marketing major?
So, those are some questions I had
to answer just to get in the door.
But I would say don't let that stop
you if you have a different degree.
