>> I started in the real industry in 2002
and I was selling real estate up until 2011
and during the melt down, I decided
that I had to revamp my business model.
There was agents out there that were still
making a 6-figure income and I wanted
to know why I wasn't making it any more, even
though the market still was having its issues.
So, I decided to go to school.
I went to Strayer, I managed, got a management
degree in Management and it taught me how
to run my business like a business and
that's what I, the biggest thing I learned,
I had it first, I got, had to
get structure in my business.
I got organized and, and that consisted of,
you know, becoming a LLC and creating a profit
and loss with my business and
kind of did things as they go.
I didn't have good record
keeping, so it just kept me in line
of keeping my business like a business.
