So, the end result is just the user, just
sees all value add, time saved, money saved.
And they're just so happy with the end result.
So, I think automation, business intelligence
is like a really interesting field because,
you know, you can do compliance
and audits and, you know,
you're doing like some pretty cool work.
But it's nothing like adding direct value
to the client, 'cause you can see the smile
on their face when they see the satisfaction
and, you know, you've done something good.
