>> I think my final piece of advice is to
understand and learn the corporate culture.
The company that you're working,
that you want to work for.
First of all, start by getting to know
them before you go on the interview.
Develop yourself with regard to how
you would contribute to that company,
what their goals are, their mission is,
and then what your role is
specifically in the company's function.
And what that means to the overall company.
So, getting to know the organization
that you're interviewing with and then
when you secure the job continue to watch
and observe what's going on
in the corporate culture.
Develop your keen sense of awareness of
how the norms are about how people interact
with each other in the company and how
you fit into the overall performance
because I think the key is aligning what you do
with the organizational goals
and how you contribute.
And, I think developing business acumen,
having a sense of professionalism,
developing your personal behavior and etiquette
to fit into the workplace that you're working
with and I think all of those things will
set the stage for being a great professional
and learning how to be successful
in your careers.
