>> Elizabeth Shelly: I love that you
can go from industry to industry.
So I previously worked within healthcare,
and now I'm in financial services,
which is really different.
And the idea that you could -- if you
learn the industry, could go from,
you know, science and research to finance.
I like that you really do get a chance to
interact with people, whether it is on the side
of internal clients, so your employees,
or externally through career services,
or new grads, or candidates that
are looking for an opportunity.
Probably the hardest part is the business
mindset that comes along to it -- along with it.
I enjoy interacting with people.
I love the training piece to it, so putting
on presentations, talking to people.
But there is a flip side of HR
that is a business, and it's data,
and it's data collection, and it's, you
know, making those financial obligations
or financial decisions that will then help
you get the things that you want done, done.
And so that's probably the part that
I like least, just because I'd prefer
to be interacting with people, but.
