>> What I love most, I have thought about
this is probably also one of the things
that make my job most difficult is that you
really don't know what's going to happen
in any given day and no two days are the same.
Every day you have different legal issues and
different problems that come up that you have
to solve so while that's
unnerving to a certain degree
because sometimes you don't know how
initially you're going to resolve something,
that's also the part that I really enjoy;
thinking on my feet, being creative
and really thinking through an issue, not
past -- past what is just the initial problem
but also how it's going to
affect things in the future.
But one thing that I think is particularly
challenging is that you have to balance a lot
of different people and manage them.
You have what the client wants, you have
to relay that to opposing counsel in a way
that they -- well, sometimes you want them
to accept it or to reject a certain idea
so I think working with so many different
people who have conflicting ideas
of what they want is one of the
challenges, one of the biggest challenges.
