>> I went to school, you know, graduated
from Temple University, Temple made,
and as a construction, I graduated
in the engineering school.
I was in the civil engineering department
focusing on construction, and as an undergrad,
I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do.
I was in civil engineering.
You can go in a lot of different directions.
I worked as a surveyor.
I worked as a designer.
So I had a number of different components
of civil engineering that I was pursuing.
I finally found a passion for construction
because I was able to realize the work you put
in as a designer and all the other
technical work you put in had you,
you were able to see your work come to fruition.
So I developed a passion for
the construction industry.
So I went on from Temple University to
Polytech in New York when I graduated
and pursued a degree in construction
and master's in civil engineering.
That's where I developed and
found my way in New York City
where there's tremendous infrastructure
and was able to sort of stay in the design
and construction field and merged into
project management and things of that nature.
So the passion really came from just
really getting opportunity to work
on small construction projects in Philadelphia,
and then when I went back to New York,
I had the opportunity to go to graduate school
and learn the more integral
natures of construction.
