>> Bottom line, what I love most about what
I do, and this is why I decided to become,
you know, in, to focus on
the field of psychology,
is because I love watching people grow.
So, I just get really excited when they get
excited, you know, and light bulbs turn on and,
and sometimes you can see
transformation right before your eyes.
Sometimes the transformation is incremental
but, you know, as I like to say, we like to say,
we grow companies and the people in them.
Oh no, nobody ever resists, no, they just
accept it all willingly [laughing], 100 percent.
>> Out of your mouth, right into the air.
>> Oh yeah, oh, are you kidding?
In fact, even if it comes out of their own
mouth, they do just accept it readily, right.
Oh, of course.
In fact, dealing with resistance and
conflict, you know, about change and all that,
has ended up becoming a key
area of expertise for myself
because it's been, it's such a big issue.
It's part and parcel of the whole process.
So, yeah, no, being able to resolve
conflict, being able to expect
to be prepared for it, you know, and expect it.
If it doesn't happen, hey, you know,
that's always a good, you know,
that is like a little bonus,
or that could be a red flag.
You know, how come they're not protesting
when normally you know that they would?
So, it's, it's, a, that's
a, that's a big challenge.
