>> You know, we look for
bright, energetic individuals
that have a passion for what they do.
In a place like the Franklin Institute,
really, there's so many different things to do.
So yes, we have those that are
educators, people who have a real interest
in educating both kids and adults.
Those with a science bent, obviously it helps.
But really, those that can communicate well and
take what could be complex terms and make them
so every person can understand that.
We have that.
We have people in design.
Obviously our marketing, our
marketing team, our design team,
we're all folks who are extremely creative
and looking really at what's the best way
to position the Institute's programs and
exhibits out in the public and sell them
and also people who design those exhibitions.
So, we get, you know, individuals who
come in with the ability to understand
and translate things into
building exhibitions and programs.
We have fundraising.
A big part of, obviously, what we do is
reaching out to individuals and foundations
and corporations for philanthropy.
Individuals with those skills,
both written skills
and good verbal skills, really,
for those type of jobs.
So we really take the gamut of folks.
We have an entire operations department
that keeps the building running.
We do rentals so we have a events
and sales and catering staff.
So, really, the Franklin Institute are a
real diverse group of places that are there
and we really do look for
talented, hardworking individuals
that enjoy work and enjoy what they do.
And so that, that's what we look for.
