>> I really like working with
our liberal arts students
because I was one and I did
a lot of internships.
So I really understand the importance of getting
out there, making connections, and networking.
And I know that students have a lot
of fears about networking and making
that elevator speech and talking to employers.
It's kind of intimidating.
So since I was there not too long, it's really
great to be able to connect with students
and share that common experience.
I think one of the hardest parts of what
I'm doing is to help students identify
where they want to be and then what they
want to do especially with this generation.
Students aren't joining a company
and staying there for 15 years.
And there's a lot of movement.
So it's helping them find out what's
the right step for them right now
and what's the right opportunity
to start off with.
