>> The field of medicine
or specifically podiatry.
Certainly is a long route as,
you know, many people know.
I think having a good fundamental
either work ethic,
or maybe just like a mentor as
a good way of going about it.
If you just follow your interest and whatever
you do, I think that's the best way to start.
And going from there, there are certainly
check marks you have to hit along the way,
if that whether be a science background or
just, you know certain courses which fit there.
I need for the curriculum.
And then, you know, it's kind of
ironic, but I say that, you know,
in podiatry it's literally baby
steps to get where you're going
because if there is a quite feet along the way.
So, I love the fact that Rollins provides
a great deal of education across the board.
I'm really proud of my liberal arts education
and that I, myself as a biology major, however,
I know that multiple majors are able to go
into medicine whether it would be business,
chemistry, biochemistry, marine science,
anything that basically hits those fundamental
classes that a lot of medical schools require.
I think that whatever you do,
success comes with a good work ethic
as well as truly enjoying the process.
Certainly, there will be highs and lows,
but just kind of seeing the near future.
I think it's the best way to get through it.
