>> And I work out of city and
entertainment as a background designer.
Our company starts a little bit later than most.
We don't officially start work until 10am.
Which is pretty late for average.
But you miss a little bit of traffic that way.
However I try to get there early.
I usually go through e-mails for about half an
hour and that consists of like fielding notes
from the day before and any issues that
came up or meetings or things like that
that are going to be happening that day.
And then quite frankly I just design, draw
and paint for most of the rest of the day.
One or two times I'll check in with my Art
Director to get feedback on what I'm working on
or get launched on a new assignment.
But it's very casual.
The time we go home is about
6 or 7 in the evening.
The atmosphere of my company is very casual.
It's a casual dress code.
I would say the attitude and just
the demeanor of people walking
around is like we're all friends.
It's a team atmosphere.
Like we all consider ourselves a team
so everyone has a position to play
and they're basically carrying
out whatever their assignment is.
