>> So, you know, for any advice I would
give students that are kind of coming out
and thinking about their career is,
you know, to try and do something
that you're really are passionate about.
And try and move your career in that direction.
If you don't know exactly what that
is, you got to jump in somewhere.
So you kind of start with whatever
your interest area might it be.
You may not get your dream job on day one.
But just move in that industry.
Move down the path toward what
your dream job ultimately is.
And sometimes you get there, in other times
you figure out, you love something else.
And so you were really, you know, meant
to be in this other particular area.
I'd also say that sticking with something
over to the long term is very important.
On one hand, trying different things is
important too, but ultimately once you get
into a particular niche or
a particular industry.
You'll get a benefit by staying in that
industry or staying in that role long term
because you'll build relationships, you'll
build expertise, and you'll build just sort
of a background that ultimately helps
you get to the next level of your career.
So, that just hard work, really staying
dedicated and committed to your job, you know,
in the early days being the
hard-working person is always a big thing.
But also relationships, building
relationships with people and being a person
that people can depend on,
or rely on, and trust.
It's just, you know, the biggest thing.
I think ultimately we look for character first
in people, and a really, really good attitude.
And then, if they have attitude, they
have skill and ability, then ultimately,
we can take that and help them going further.
But it's the character and the attitude that
are really the biggest things we look up.
