>> What do I love about my career?
Well, with the sports job, it's allowed
me to have basically the sports fans dream
of interviewing some of the biggest
sports celebrities and we a ton
of them who live right here in Orlando.
Shaquille O'Neal, Dwight Howard.
Actually a lot of Olympic gold medalists, Justin
Gatlin for one, and it's allowed me to travel
to some big events, the national
championship football games.
The Florida Gators won in Arizona.
I traveled to the Hawaii Bowl with UCF
and the Little League World Series,
one of the sport in Pennsylvania and that
was when the Maitland team went there.
So, a lot of really fun experiences
with that and now with my writing job,
I travel quite a bit for that so that's
been fun because I wanted to travel.
What are some of the challenges about my career?
Well, on a daily basis, it's about
staying up to date really up to the minute
with the most newsworthy stories and
it's my job to find and have the biggest,
most newsworthy stories for readers
or for the listeners of my radio show.
And if it's an exclusive story, one that
I get on my own where nobody else has,
that's even bigger because that's what
people tuned in for or click on for to read.
You know, they want to see something new,
they want to learn something
new and it's my job to do that.
So it's a constant challenge and it's-- probably
the biggest challenge is to have the biggest,
the best stories and I have to be able
to convey that story and tell that story
in the most exciting way I guess.
So that's a daily challenge.
