>> I love interacting with the
physicians on a daily basis.
I learn something every day.
I feel like I have a little mini medical
degree at times because I've learned so much
of the medical aspects of what they do,
but, yet, I've also learned the legal side.
So I feel like I'm challenged every day, and I
get to interact with some of the key leadership
within these institutions,
which is very unique I think
for somebody only four or
five years out of school.
Well, I think the expectations are
very high for people in our company.
We are a young company.
We're only, we've only been around
about ten years, and we're growing.
So we take people right out of school
and put them into challenging situations,
and most people rise to the challenge, and
it's been exciting to watch other people grow
and even see myself grow in the last few years.
But it challenging, and it is something that
I think all of us struggle with at times,
making sure that we're hitting the mark.
And so that's something that
we continue to work on.
