>> So final advice that I
could give Rollins students
or recent graduates entering the
workforce is to control your destiny.
And the piece of advice my father-in-law
always gives is to act not react.
Carve your own path.
I ended up in the hospitality business, which
is not something I ever thought I would.

But through opportunities within real
estate I came upon the hospitality business
and just fell in love with it.
But within that and within my career path I
always chose to act and not react to situations.
In some cases you don't have a choice.
But you control your own destiny.
You can make choices.
And you'll know when those choices are there.
So that's the best advice I
could give is to act not react.
