>> As in terms of like our consulting role,
we're trying to provide the best advice
that we can to our fellow physicians and a lot
of this is done over the phone and as you know,
phone conversations are never
quite as effective as face to face.
So the first thing that you have to do is
just gain the trust and respect of the person
who may be meeting you over the phone
for the first time and then you're trying
to help them best manage their patient.
So a lot of that is just initially getting
to know them quickly and convincing them
that you have their patient's
best interests at heart
and that you really are providing
the best advice possible.
