enough internships in college.
I really think the goal, you should be
starting, you know, after your sophomore year,
because if you have two solid internships
plus on your resume coming out of college,
you're going to be, you know, the pick
of the litter basically for when you get
into the working world full time -
>> And even unpaid, right.
Just getting that experience,
volunteer, whatever -
>> Exactly.
You get the experience and the money follows.
My first internship was unpaid, and
then that set the bar for my second one
to be 15 an hour, which is
good money in college -
>> Yeah.
>> And, yeah, I think networking, you want to
have a mentor not for your own personal gain,
but just to kind of help you out along
the road, that you can really learn a lot
from your superiors and have
someone take you under their wing.
