terms of knowing what the organization's all
about and what specific, I would
say sub departments they have,
and completely [inaudible] what they do on
a daily basis and how they're successful.
From there, you know, definitely
kind of know the history
of the organization a little bit is good.
And then from there, what
are your specific skill sets
and how you can make that organization better?
I think that's how you can prepare for it most
because with a phone interview you're going
to get the same generic questions and
then you're going to have to tie it
in on why exactly you're better
than the next person, so.
