>> I'm very technical, and I'm a
very neat, orderly type person.
I'm one of those people, who just
like everything laid out in its space,
and you need that in engineering.
You really do.
You have to be detailed.
You got to cross all the Ts and dot
all the Is, and for me, I like that.
I think the biggest challenge is
keeping up to date with the technology.
It's changing so fast.
When, I went to school, petroleum engineering,
there were few schools that had offered
that major, not many, so
you would do mechanical.
Now, there are so many engineering disciplines
you can go into, from mechanical to electrical,
chemical, wireless engineering, biomedical.
And you have to be competitive.
So you've got to keep up on all the technology.
So maybe if you're out of the industry for a
little while, well, that's like a death notice,
because you have to keep up on everything.
There's continuing education
you always have to take.
So I think the challenge of just staying
with the technology is the biggest.
