>> I find that some salespeople
can be overbearing
and they can be a little too aggressive.
Personally I find what works for me is for the
most part you're just listening to the client.
You're listening to what their needs are
and what they want and you're able to kind
of internalize that and figure out,
you know, how can I meet those needs.
Definitely you should be a little
bit of an outgoing person; social.
Before I started this job I was actually
afraid to start new conversations with people
and to just talk to total strangers
that I had never met before,
but now that I have been doing this
more and more, I find that it's so easy.
So you don't necessarily, if
you're afraid of social situations
at first you can still become
a good salesperson.
You find that it just gets
easier and easier to talk
to a random stranger about,
about anything really.
I mean I just make it very personal and it
doesn't even always have to be about business.
Sometimes it can be you know where are
you from, you know, that sort of thing.
