about before, even though you're
not standing next to somebody,
you will hear whether they are interested in
what they're doing and how interested they are
in making a career change potentially
and joining your organization.
They need to bring that across as well.
And it's interesting because when
you're interviewing over the phone,
it means you would have screened the resume.

because there you're maybe
reading between the lines.

But a lot of the questions that you
would do in a face-to-face interview,
are the same kind of things that you're
going to do in a phone screening.
