>> Well, I think communication skills both oral
and written are very important because so much
of our work is done virtually having the
ability to work virtually with a customer
when you can't sit next to them and see
what's going on but you can use technology
to understand what their issues might be or
what their requirements are is very important.
So I think having those skills in communication
and also just very bright analytical,
thoughtful people are what
we would be looking for.
Because nVoq is a young company, we all
pitch in and sometimes we all do work,
we don't really enjoy doing but it's necessary
to keep things running with our customers.
And so an entry level employee at nVoq might be
doing programming for some of our new technology
and they might be assisting with backend support
of customers involving tuning their voice
profiles or other support activity related
to making that customer successful.
