>> The way that Brook and
I have chosen to do things
in our business, that is what we're proud of.
That is where we come from.
We're coming from our heart.
We come from a place where we want everything
to be perfect, we want them to be happy.
We want them to leave coming back,
you know, feeling like they're part
of us, they're part of our family.
And we never want them to think, well,
they just came in, got it done, boom.
It's not Walmart, you know.
And the girls that work for us, they are our
family too, so we are involved in, you know,
their lives, as, you know, obviously
a little more than our guests.
But we are involved with them, and try
to create the same thing with them.
But, yeah, the favorite part
would be all of the people.
Challenges are there's not
enough hours in the day.
Trying to balance, you know, all of the guests
wanting me to do the services when I need to get
out of the service room and
deal with the business things.
But if I'm not in the service
room, there isn't a business.
So that is my struggle, that is my partner's
struggle, and that's where we are now.
When you expand, it's becoming
more of a struggle.
How do you keep it, you, you know, and your
personality, if you're not in the room?
